The RIU hotel chain will reopen two of its units in Morocco. The RIU Tikida Palmeraie, in Marrakech, will resume its activities this Friday, and the RIU Palace Agadir, on February 7.
RIU has decided to reopen these hotels following the Moroccan government’s announcement to resume international flights to and from Morocco from February 7.
The Spanish hotel company will continue to reopen its hotels in Morocco depending on the pace of the resumption of activities and the increase in tourist flows, mainly from the United Kingdom, RIU officials told EFE.
RIU and the Tikida group have six hotels in Morocco, including three in Agadir, two in Marrakech and one in Taghazout.
