Royal Air Maroc (RAM) inaugurated, yesterday Wednesday, its new VIP Lounge at Paris-Orly airport, a lounge designed with materials reflecting luxury, Moroccanism and modernity, for maximum comfort for its customers.
Extending over more than 300 m2 and inspired by Moroccan culture, this new lounge includes all amenities, including a restaurant area, a large business corner, a terrace with a panoramic view of the tarmac, a prayer area and more. .everything designed to provide RAM customers with a very pleasant relaxing break, says the national company.
The inauguration ceremony of this new space took place in the presence of officials from RAM, the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT), representatives of the airport authority, including the director of Paris-Orly airport , managers of partner travel agencies of the Moroccan airline, as well as French and Moroccan personalities from different backgrounds, including figures from the arts and cinema.
Furthermore, and to make passing through this new VIP-Lounge called Zénith even more pleasant, the chefs of the national company have improved the recipes, with a multitude of dishes of Moroccan and international inspiration and a sweet/salty offer and wide variety of hot/cold dishes.
”The opening of this lounge, through which RAM is making a remarkable move upmarket at Paris-Orly airport, is a continuation of a series of new features announced by the air carrier in recent weeks, including the overhaul of the catering and the alteration of the uniform of the personnel on board and on the ground”, declared Mohamed Amine El Jaouhari, director of customer experience, during a speech for the occasion, adding that the national airline has refocused its actions on the customer both on board their aircraft and on the ground.
Continuing to improve the customer experience, RAM has reviewed the entire catering service on board and adapted its services to the flight time, including cabin harmony and everything that produces comfort on board. -he adds.
This is the third show of this type of RAM after those of Marrakech and Casablanca, for his part declared to MAP Amine El Farissi, director of Europe within the national air carrier.
Given the importance of the Orly platform, with more than 15 flights a day to Morocco, RAM inaugurated this new 300m2 lounge, including 100m2 of terrace, which can accommodate up to 100 people seated, with more amenities and comfort for its customers, in particular Business class and Première, he added.
Business passengers, holders of the Safar Flayer Glod, Platinium and Ambassador loyalty cards, as well as the Sapphire and Emerald classes of One World have access to the new Royal Air Maroc Orly VIP lounge.
Paris-Orly airport is one of Royal Air Maroc’s privileged European platforms, being the first airport on the continent served by the Moroccan air carrier both in terms of passengers and frequencies.
