It owes this place to the tax advantages, as well as to a quality of life it offers. The kingdom is followed by Tunisia, back in the ranking after several difficult years linked to a wave of attacks.

It is followed by Portugal and Spain (3ᵉ) whose quality of its healthcare system is highly appreciated.
