TRIPLE AWARD FOR CASABLANCA MOHAMMED V AIRPORT BY AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL (ACI). THE HUB WAS VOTED BEST AFRICAN AIRPORT IN 2022, AIRPORT WITH THE MOST DEDICATED STAFF IN AFRICA AND EASIEST AIRPORT IN AFRICA.
These annual airport service quality awards are given to the best airports in the world, according to the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) passenger satisfaction surveys.
The surveys conducted are about thirty relevant indicators covering the entire value chain of passengers (services provided, waiting times, courtesy, cleanliness …), said a statement from ONDA.
The objective is to measure passenger satisfaction, identify their expectations and compare with international airports registered in ASQ.
The ASQ survey for the year 2022 was conducted by surveying about 465,000 passengers through 283 airports worldwide. For Casablanca Mohammed V airport, more than 2,000 passengers were surveyed throughout the year 2022.
