Marrakech is in the top 10 of the best cities to live in. This is what emerges from the ranking of a specialized magazine.
The weekly magazine “Time Out” has drawn up and published the list of the 20 best cities where it is good to live in 2022. The city of Marrakech occupies the 7th place in this top 20. Fourth largest city in the kingdom after Casablanca, Fez and Tangier , it remains the tourist capital of the country. It is presented as a colourful, lively city steeped in history. There are many hotel complexes, luxury shops, banks, tea rooms and café terraces and the medina or historic city (ten kilometers of enclosure), etc.
Edinburgh (Scotland) tops the ranking followed by Chicago (USA), Medellín (Colombia), Glasgow (Scotland), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Prague (Czech Republic). Berlin (Germany) Montreal (Canada) and Copenhagen (Denmark) complete the top 10. Next come Cape Town (South Africa), Madrid (Spain), Manchester (England), Mumbai (India), Melbourne (Australia) and Taipei (Taiwan). London (England), Porto (Portugal), Lyon (France) and New York (United States) close the podium.
