Marrakech is one of the 10 most “desirable” cities in the world. This is what emerges from the ranking of a famous travel magazine.
Based on the opinions of its readers, the famous British travel magazine Wanderlust has established its top 10 of the most desirable cities in the world. New Orleans (Louisiana) tops this ranking. It is followed by Tokyo (Japan) and Cartagena (Colombia). Next come Singapore (Singapore), Quito (Ecuador), Melbourne (Australia) and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Cape Town (South Africa) occupies the 9ᵉ position. Marrakech (Morocco) closes the step of the podium. The ocher city owes this place to its attractiveness.
On Tuesday, Wanderlust hosted the 21st UK Travel Awards ceremony in London (Wanderlust Travel Awards 2022). Normandy was named “Most Desirable European Region” while Costa Rica and Greece won the most desirable countries award.
