Ramadan: Morocco returns to GMT from March 19


Morocco will return to GMT Sunday, March 19 at 03:00 on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, said a statement from the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform.

This change comes in accordance with the provisions of Decree 2.18.855 of 26 October 2018 on legal time and the Order of the Head of Government of 06 March 2023 on the same subject.

The return to GMT+1 time, advancing 60 minutes, will be operated after the end of the blessed month of Ramadan, Sunday, April 23, 2023 at 02:00, according to the statement.
