Moroccan Jihane Kenfaoui won the international competition “My thesis in 180 seconds”, which took place in Montreal. She won the audience award.
Intended for doctoral students in the exact sciences, this international competition allows candidates to present their research subject in 180 seconds, demonstrate great talent as a speaker, by presenting, in simple, clear, concise and convincing terms.
Champion at the national level, the talented doctoral student from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez represented Morocco in the grand international final of the competition in Montreal. She devoted her thesis to the prospecting and phytosanitary diagnosis of the vine in Morocco. A presentation that allowed him to win the public prize of the competition.
It should be noted that this competition was organized by the National Center for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST), Mohammed V University in Rabat, UCAM in Marrakech, and Mohammed 1ᵉʳ University in Oujda, in partnership with the University of Lorraine in France.
