Marjane launches express delivery in less than an hour

-

A few months after the launch of its e-commerce platform, the Marjane group continues its digital transformation and launches express delivery of online shopping in Greater Casablanca, and soon in other cities of the Kingdom. For the logistics part, Marjane relies on the 100% Moroccan startup Kaalix and on the ecosystem of Moroccan technology partners, Wynd Africa and Devoteam Africa for development, the group said in a statement.

Thanks to the new service, customers can take advantage of Marjane’s loyalty program products, promotions and benefits online, be informed in real time of product availability, choose between standard delivery or express delivery in less than an hour. and even communicate with order pickers to express preferences in fresh products (ripe goods, rather green, etc.).

“Several fundamentals have been revisited in depth in order to adopt digital markers from the startup ecosystem and offer added value to the customer with useful innovation”, specifies Kamal Khalis Deputy Managing Director in charge of the digital transformation of the Marjane Group.

With more than 7,000 referenced products, the Marjane application offers the largest e-commerce choice of food products in Morocco. The group promises that its application is constantly evolving according to the needs of consumers to provide an optimal customer experience.
