Luxury real estate: Sotheby’s International Realty settles in Marrakech

Sotheby’s International Reality, the American luxury real estate brand, announces its establishment in Morocco, in the city of Marrakech. Morocco Sotheby’s International Realty thus becomes the brand’s first office in North Africa. This new establishment now brings the total number of affiliated offices of the brand to 200 in the EMEIA region (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa).

Morocco Sotheby’s International Realty is owned and operated by David Chicard has 15 years of experience with the company. The Marrakech office will serve the surrounding region, with future expansion plans in Essaouira, Tangier and Rabat. It will be led by Nicolas Beguin, who has lived in Morocco for almost 20 years.
