Aid Al Adha: Sheep prices between 2,000 and 4,200 DH on average

The average sale prices at the national level of animals intended for the slaughter of Aid Al Adha, for the different species, recorded for the day of July 6, are as follows:

– The price of sheep at the national level varies between 2,000 and 4,200 DH/head. 50% of the observed prices of the offer are less than 2,800 DH.

– For ewes, the frequently observed price varies between 900 and 1,700 DH/head. 50% of the observed prices of the offer are less than 1,200 DH.

– As for goats, the frequent price observed varies between 500 and 1100 DH/head. 75% of the observed prices of the offer are less than 1,000 DH.

– Concerning goats, the frequent price observed varies between 850 and 1,950 DH/head. 50% of the observed prices of the offer are less than 1,300 DH.

The Assaar system makes it possible to go up from the daily surveys carried out by the services of the ministry, the prices of all the agricultural sectors (fruits and vegetables, cereals, legumes, live animals, etc.) at the four stages of sale (Wholesale, retail, supermarkets and weekly souks).
