A large delegation of Polish businessmen began on Monday an economic mission to Laâyoune and Dakhla to prospect investment opportunities in the southern provinces of the kingdom, under the organization by the Moroccan embassy in Warsaw, in collaboration with the regional investment centers (CRIs) of the southern provinces.
According to the Embassy in Warsaw, this is the crowning achievement of efforts to bring together and prospecting on the part of Polish private entrepreneurs who had materialized their decision to invest in the kingdom in declarations signed this year during working sessions in Warsaw. .
The purpose of this visit is in particular to learn about the development efforts made by Morocco at the national and regional levels, in particular in the southern provinces, and to get an idea of the potential investment sectors, with a view to create wealth and employment opportunities in the region.
These Polish firms which responded to the invitation of the embassy will hold meetings with representatives of IRCs in the region, B2B meetings with Moroccan companies and visits to major structuring projects.
Polish companies work in the sectors of manufacturing professional lighting solutions, the technology of manufacturing ultralight helicopters for multiple purposes, including in the sanitary and agricultural industry, the production of electric poles, lighting and telecommunications, the production of charging stations for electric cars, the manufacture of firefighting equipment and materials and the production of specialized containers for the military and civilian market.
