Moroccan company Intelcia acquires French company Coriolis Service

-

Intelcia, the Moroccan leader in outsourcing, has expanded with the arrival of Coriolis Service, a French operator specialized in customer relationship management services for large companies in France and abroad.

Intelcia is working on its development. The Moroccan group has integrated Coriolis Service, a customer relationship management specialist founded in 1999 and subsidiary of the alternative telecom operator Coriolis Telecom, into its family, bringing the number of Intelcia sites in France to 10. With this integration, the Moroccan leader in outsourcing has 4,000 employees in France and expects to recruit 1,100 across all its sites in France by 2023.

Such an operation allows Intelcia to become the 3ᵉ operator in France, in terms of revenue with nearly 400 million euros in 2021. In terms of number of positions, Intelcia becomes number 2 in the sector with around 17,000 positions serving French customers, including 3,500 in France. But beyond the numbers, our Group will be able to benefit from the expertise that Coriolis Service has been able to develop on the French market over the last 30 years”, says Youssef El Aoufir, Deputy Group CEO & CEO French Market of Intelcia.

He adds: “Moreover, this integration will strengthen the operational structure of the Intelcia Group to better serve its customers in different sectors and geographies, and capitalize on the excellence and the spirit of innovation of the group to deliver the best possible experience for its customers”.
