The Moroccan couscous and pasta specialist, Dari Couspate, announces the acquisition of a couscous production unit located in Belgium and gives new impetus to its international development strategy.
Through this acquisition, Dari Couspate extends the scope of its industrial activities internationally and opens the way to new growth prospects complementary to the company’s export activity, the Group said in a press release published on the website of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).
The new unit, equipped with the latest generation industrial equipment, will benefit from the expertise and industrial and commercial know-how of Dari Couspate in the field of couscous and pasta to offer products with the highest quality standards.
Driven by Dari Foods International, the new Belgian subsidiary of Dari Couspate, the activity of this production unit will start in the course of the fourth quarter of 2022.
