This product, available from April 20, 2022, is valid all year round and offers several advantages at all stages of the customer journey.
Upon booking, the customer can make a first change of tickets free of charge and benefit from a reduction in ticket prices of up to 20%. Payment facilities have also been put in place, with the possibility of paying for your trip in several instalments at no cost.
In addition, the Safar Family account allows you to accumulate miles for the whole family. On the luggage side, a piece of luggage of 23 kilos will be accepted for children under two years old, while the usual weight was 10 kilos.
Before boarding, check-in will now be carried out with the total weight of baggage, in addition to the possibility of taking advantage of priority boarding.
In addition, the reservation of neighboring seats is free to enjoy the family on board. On arrival, the offer includes priority baggage delivery to reduce waiting time on arrival.
