The airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) will keep its promise on the free change of tickets. Promise made following the suspension of direct flights from Morocco to Canada for a period of one month.
“To accompany all our passengers during this period, ticket changes will be allowed, free of charge and without charge, until December 15, 2021, to the same destination or another,” the airline wrote on its Twitter account. RAM will specify that the reimbursement of tickets to Canada will be in the form of a credit note or in cash at the initial point of sale.
Canada announced the suspension of its flights with Morocco at the end of August for a period of one month. “Building on the most recent Public Health Agency of Canada public health advisory, Transport Canada is issuing an Airmen Advisory (NOTAM) to restrict all direct flights by commercial and private passengers to Canada from Morocco from August 29, 2021 until September 29, 2021. All direct commercial and private passenger flights to Canada from Morocco are NOTAM. Freight transport operations only, medical transfers or military flights are not included, ”a statement said.
