In a room of 930 square meters, we house 96 towers, making it possible to produce 375,000 lettuces per year, ”adds the thirty-something.
Ghita plans to invest in growing lettuce first, because “it generates turnover quickly,” reports Maville.com. Other productions including strawberries will follow.
